The Human Resources Specialist provides on-site support for the DC HR team supporting our Distribution Centers. In this role, you will be an integral part in streamlining and driving improvements to our critical initiatives –performance management, hiring, onboarding, compliance, and the overall associate experience. The HR Specialist will partner with the DC management teams to respond to Associate Relations issues, drive Performance Management and initiate HR support services (i.e. improve engagement levels, coach leaders, etc.). Additionally, you will also provide administrative support to the team as needed.
The Manager Special Projects - Store Remodels/Downsizes will oversee the planning and execution of store remodels and downsizing floor plans, ensuring alignment with corporate merchandising strategies and store presentation standards.
