The System and Data Analyst is a key contributor to the Burlington Response and Investigation Center (BRIC), responsible for maintaining and optimizing BE In-Stores—Burlington’s customized ThinkLP platform for case management and data aggregation. This role supports system performance, manages vendor relationships, and drives strategic enhancements that strengthen BRIC’s investigative and security operations. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, support enterprise initiatives, and ensure BE In-Stores remains a vital resource in delivering effective, system-driven solutions across the organization.

A Day in the Life

• Administer and maintain BE In-Stores—Burlington’s branded instance of the ThinkLP case management platform (Salesforce-based) and lead the development and expansion of the platform to support evolving organizational needs and initiatives.
• Provide end-user support and platform troubleshooting across departments and manage user access, permissions, and training for multi-departmental stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance datasets, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for platform optimization and increased efficiency.
• Partner with the ThinkLP vendor and BRIC leadership to stay informed on best practices, platform advancements, and pilot opportunities.
• Design, manage, and distribute data products derived from BRIC datasets (e.g., incident reports, call volume, investigative outcomes).
• Analyze and leverage data to inform operational improvements and drive greater organizational effectiveness.
• Support external investigations through enhanced crime-linking capabilities and analytical insights and improve case management and communication among investigative teams.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Investigations team to identify patterns and trends, supporting more effective use of both the ERB platform and BE In-Stores integration.

You Come With

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in a retail loss prevention and security environment
• Experience in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology, systems (i.e., ThinkLP, Saleforce, etc.), and programs that support asset protection and safety objectives.
• MS Office Suite
