As an off-price retailer, we generate more than $10B in sales through our nationwide network of stores.
Our Director of Real Estate, Asset Management, will oversee lease negotiations and execution of 15-20 store downsizes and remodels, annually within assigned territory. Reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate–Asset Management this individual is responsible for identifying opportunities that yield significant occupancy cost improvements, and which transform legacy stores into brand standard prototype as is aligned with Burlington’s strategic development objectives.
