Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst I to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving accurate forecasting, budget planning, and financial modeling to support strategic business decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Lease Accounting and Real Estate, and contribute to high-impact initiatives such as the Long-Range Model and Annual Fiscal Budget.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development of monthly non-comparable store sales forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Maintain and update the monthly store calendar, incorporating inputs from the company’s real estate pipeline.

  • Collaborate with Lease Accounting to track and communicate occupancy forecast changes, supporting forecast versioning and budget accuracy.

  • Support the creation and refinement of the company’s Long-Range Model and departmental targets used in the Annual Fiscal Budget.

  • Leverage Adaptive Planning software and advanced Excel models to perform in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling.

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Finance leadership (Manager, Director, VP, SVP), and act as a backup for Adaptive Planning system maintenance.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency throughout financial planning processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and P&L preparation

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning a plus

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels
