The Manager Talent Acquisition, Field leads recruiting efforts through Talent Attraction and Selection for Field Leadership openings that will build upon the Burlington brand and drive key results for the company. This role serves as a strategic business partner and is responsible for planning and developing proactive recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent and leverages internal/external systems and tools to drive hiring results. The Talent Acquisition Manager guides the Sourcing, Interviewing and Selection of external candidates. This position partners closely with Field Leaders, Talent Acquisition team members, and cross-functional HR Partners to ensure a collaborative approach to talent planning, attraction, and selection. This person contributes to “Our Burlington” by delivering top talent to drive top-line business results.
A Day in the Life:
Drive consistent and predictable reporting and communications to keep internal clients and stakeholders informed of progress and taking partners to develop solutions for recruiting challenges.
