Our Store Install Specialist is instrumental in the planning and execution of successful store installation projects. The Store Install Specialist will work independently, proactively managing vendors to provide services as contracted and to provide accurate and constant communication to ensure timely delivery and installation of Construction material (flooring, lighting & exterior signs) for all new stores, remodels, and capital projects.

 

 

A Day in the Life

 

  • Develop and implement installation timelines and budgets, including the creation of scopes of work and manage vendors throughout execution to ensure materials delivery, installation schedule and quality expectations are met.
  • Oversee signage installations / construction material for multiple store locations and track assigned project schedules/milestones and installation work to ensure projects timely completion and communicate to key stakeholders.
  • Respond to, review, approve, and secure funding for project change orders and special requests according to level of urgency to remain within budget parameters and to meet store opening date.
  • Initiate, manage budget requests for services. Secure funding as appropriate.
  • Review and approve on demand or special requests from stores.
  • Create, submit, verify vendor invoices to ensure contracted pricing is met and independently resolve non-compliance issues with vendors/construction team.

 

You Will Come With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, construction installations, project management execution
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
