The Outbound Logistics Analyst will play a vital role in generating and publishing comprehensive operational reports related to the pool point segment of Outbound Logistics. This position will deliver in-depth analytical support to the Outbound Transportation team, aligning efforts with our Transportation strategy. Key responsibilities include tracking and managing daily scheduling needs, such as cancellations and pallet capacity adjustments, while collaborating closely with the store operations team to summarize and share relevant details.
This role operates within the Logistics sector and involves communication and reporting on financials for over 35 pool points serving more than 800 stores. With a company-wide scope, the analyst’s work has a direct impact on store sales and an outbound logistics budget exceeding $200 million. The position entails internal interactions with senior leadership in Logistics (SVP, VP, and Manager levels), Store Operations (Director and Manager levels), as well as field personnel like ROMs and RVPs. Externally, the analyst will engage with senior management and managers from Pool Points and Carriers, along with Business Intelligence and Pool Management System partners.
