We are seeking a Fixture Buyer to join the Store Planning & Procurement team at Burlington! This position encompasses purchasing, development input, arranging cost efficient delivery, installation set up for all store fixtures.  You should come with strong communication and follow through skills, as you will act as a liaison between the vendor community, store planning, logistics, construction project managers and the field, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all fixture purchases. Accountabilities include spreadsheet creation, budget management, inventory tracking and all PO (Purchase Order) functions. Maximum emphasis is placed on providing accurate and constant communication to ensure timely delivery and installation of fixtures for all new stores, remodels, and store special projects. The ideal candidate brings a high level of mathematical skills and expert proficiency in in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.

A Day in the Life:

• Fixture Buying and managing the entire PO (Purchase Order) process: creation, review, and reconciliation.
• Buying responsibilities include fixture development input, ordering, tracking and delivery. 
• Ordering liaison between the vendor community and store planning for all new stores, remodels, and special store projects.
• Create and maintain spread sheets to track all fixture spending, inventories and roll out by location for a 21 Million dollar budget.
• Assigned to store specific SVPs and Construction Project Managers to purchase fixture needs, resolve any fixture or delivery related issues for field territories, new stores, remodels and store special projects.
• Develop effective vendor and installer relationships by providing performance feedback and communicating and enforcing Burlington service level expectations.
• Partner with in-house and outside logistical shipping carriers to determine the most cost efficient method to ship and track all purchased fixtures and furniture.
