Come join our growing team at Burlington as an IT Support Specialist I! This position is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on direction from management and peers to accomplish goals. The support will be primarily be in person and may often require phone and other forms of remote communication. The position performs a variety of tasks in and related to the field of technical support. He or she will work as an individual and as a member of a team under the guidance of the Client Technologies Supervisor, a Project Manager or a Team Lead. Working with supervision and attention to detail is essential to the success of the position. As an IT Support Specialist I, the candidate will provide the team with the completion of essential functions allowing the Technical Services team to succeed.
